Finnabair Style Mixed Media Techniques Journal Page

Hello everyone!  I have a tutorial on how I made this Finnabair style journal page over at Mixed Media Mojo today.

I've long been an admirer of Anna Dabrowska's style but had never attempted it before now.  What can I say, I'm hooked!  This 4" x 4" journal page was made for an ongoing swap at Mixed Media Studio and since it also incorporated lots of recycled jewelry and found metal bits it also fit in perfectly with our current Recycle challenge at Mixed Media Mojo.  Click here to head on over to read my 'how-to' and thanks to Finnabair for her wonderful inspiration!

  5. Wow, Deb, very cool journal page! This must be in your "bulky" journal. I can't even imagine how that works out. You CAN NOT smash these types of gorgeous pages in a traditional book style. This is packed with a bunch of great elements that I wouldn't even know where to begin placing them. But it looks like is was fun-as-heck to make!
