Fall Leaves Stenciled Fabric Book For Rebekah Meier Designs

Hello everyone, I am very happy to say that I have a tutorial over on Rebekah Meier's Stencil Love blog today for my Fall Leaves stenciled fabric book.

I was thrilled when Rebekah asked me to be a guest blogger and I can't thank her enough for this wonderful opportunity.  Rebekah Meier is an author, designer, teacher and blogger and I was first introduced to her amazing work through her Rebekah Meier Designs Mixed Media line of products from Therm O Web.  She has a passion for mixed media, collage and fiber arts so with that in mind I decided to make this little fabric book that incorporated her Therm O Web Mixed Media products, some of her lovely stencil designs from The Crafter's Workshop and muslin fabric.  Many of Tim Holtz's products from Sizzix, Stampers Anonymous and Ranger Ink also came out to play along with DecoArt's  Media Fluid Acrylics and Americana paints and some dies from Spellbinders.

Hope you can take a minute to pop over to Rebekah's blog for my how to and thanks again to Rebekah for this wonderful opportunity!

And I'd like to enter by little fabric book into the August challenge over at Mini Album Makers Challenge blog if they don't mind popping over to Rebekah's blog to see my tutorial!

Happy creating everyone,

Deb xo

  1. Love your book! Nice subtle colors on the leaf. Terrific leaves trying to hide behind the focal leaf too. Less is more.....I love your simplistic cover design.

  2. Oh wow Deb, I have just been over to see your wonderful tutorial (sadly I could not leave a comment there). Your fabric book is incredible, I loved seeing how you made each of the pages with those wonderful products, the foiling looks amazing, the stencilling is wonderful, I just love every single little detail you added. Your detailed tutorial is amazing, I have bookmarked it for future reference!

Whilst I am here, thank you so much for entering your gorgeous book in our challenge at Mini Album Makers! Hugs, Anne xxx
